Things everybody should know but no one will tell you...

COSMETICS. Due to loopholes in the federal laws, cosmetic companies can put virtually anything in their products. Many ingredients are toxic and they are absorb through the skin. These toxics are listed are important triggers of cancer. Please sign a petition to enforce higher regulation on cosmetics here. Read about how cosmetics are linked to cancer here. SOLUTION: Buy only natural cosmetics in health stores and use only natural mineral make up.
SILVER AMALGAMS or mercury amalgams are made out of mercury. Every time you chew or brush your teeth the friction causes mercury gases to be released and swallowed. Mercury causes poisoning, immune system disorders, and it is known to accumulate in the brain. SOLUTION: Do not use mercury amalgams, use the white fillings instead. If you already have mercury amalgams, have them removed by a "green" dentist that knows the safe way to do it. (A rubber dam should be placed in between your teeth and a vacum should be placed in front of your face to suck up all the gasses that will come out when they scrub the mercury). Also you should start a detox treatment called chelation the day before the removal. Look for a natural doctor or an anti-aging doctor. DO NOT REMOVE THE AMALGAMS IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. The time of the removal is when the levels of mercury are higher in your system and this toxic can go into your baby causing great damage. It is adviced that you remove the amalgams way before getting pregnant and take urine test to make sure you had gotten rid of all the mercury in your sytem before getting pregnant.
Most DEODORANTS contain Aluminum which causes breast cancer and Alzheimers. SOLUTION: Buy deodorants that allow you to sweat so you can rid of toxins in the body and also that are Aluminum free to avoid absorbing this toxic heavy metal through your skin.
BABY BOTTLES and water bottles are made with a plastic called BPA (Bisphenol A). BPA is a toxic that leakes to liquids and food placed in plastic containers. BPA is what makes the plastic clear. The leaking is worse when the containers are heated. Even in small amounts BPA caused defects in rat's fetuses and damage to reproductive organs. SOLUTION: Store food in glass containers, buy BPA Free baby bottles such as Born Free or glass bottles. Use stainless steel water bottles instead of plastic. Do not heat food in clear plastic containers.
DISPOSABLE DIAPERS contain a chemical called Polyacrylate. It is a powder that turns into a gel that can hold up to 4 times of water its volume. It was removed from tampons during the 90's for its link to Toxic Shock Syndrome. In baby diapers there is concern about how this and other toxins such as dioxides could be causing asthma as it is absorb through the skin. It also dries up your baby skin and contributes to skin rashes and acumulation of bacteria. SOLUTION: Use cloth diapers or Tushies whish is the only brand of disposible diapers without gel.
BABY MATRESSES contain boric acid as a flame retardant. Boric acid is highly poisonous and is used to kill roaches. It has been banned in Europe as it leakes through the vinil surface of the matress and it is linked to Sudden Death Symdrome. SOLUTION: Purchase an organic matress.
VACCINES contain dangerous heavy metals, antifreezers and viruses that can cause permanent damage to babies' neurological and immune system.SOLUTION: Do not vaccinate new borns. Avoid unnecessary vaccines, Delay the schedule as much as possible and spread out each shot by 6 months. Avoid the combo vaccines or JABS. Instead of vaccination research ways to boost the immune system such as breastfeeding and giving baby natural probiotics starting at 3 months. Research, research, research!
